At Plantix, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This policy outlines the process and guidelines for shipping and delivery of orders placed through our platform.

1. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, the restaurant or vendor begins preparing your food immediately.
You will receive real-time updates on the status of your order via the Plantix app, including estimated preparation and delivery times.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location, the vendor’s proximity, and current order volumes. We aim to deliver all orders within 30-60 minutes of confirmation.
The estimated delivery time provided in the app is based on several factors, including traffic, weather, and the restaurant’s preparation time. While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Locations
Plantix currently offers delivery in select cities and locations as per the availability of partnered restaurants. You can enter your delivery address in the app to check if we service your area.
If your location is outside of our delivery range, we will notify you during checkout.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the distance between the restaurant and the delivery address. Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted delivery promotions, which will be clearly communicated in the app or via notifications.

5. Contactless Delivery
To ensure your safety, we offer contactless delivery. You can choose this option at checkout, and our delivery partners will leave your order at a designated location to avoid physical contact.

6. Failed Deliveries
In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you.
If the delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, the order will be canceled, and refund policies will apply as per Plantix’s Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7.Order Tracking
You can track your order in real-time using the Plantix app. Our tracking feature provides updates from when your order is accepted until it arrives at your location.

8. Customer Support
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, our customer support team is available to assist you. You can reach us through the Plantix app or via email at [email protected].

9. Special Instructions
If you have any specific delivery instructions, such as gate codes or drop-off points, please include them in the “Special Instructions” section during checkout.

10. Delivery Partners
Plantix works with third-party delivery partners to bring your food to you. While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, there may be instances where delays or issues occur that are beyond our control.
